Practice area

E-mobility & energy

Infrastructure in the physical world, reporting continuously and failing occasionally. The engineering goal is rarely to detect a fault faster — it is to resolve it without sending anybody to site, because a field visit costs more than the asset earns in a month.

2×/min telemetry per connector

What this covers

Charger remote management, OCPP and OCPI, battery swapping, field engineering. Rule engines that fix faults without dispatching anyone.

Case studies

—
The cheapest repair is the one nobody drives to

A remote management platform for three thousand EV chargers worldwide — where the design goal is not to detect faults faster, but to resolve them without dispatching anyone.

Anomaly detection for EV charger faults nobody has named

We run a random cut forest over telemetry from 3,000 EV chargers to catch the faults no rule describes, by flagging units that behave unlike their peers. Each finding is paired with the record of how similar cases were fixed before.
